This page explains what we learn about you when you contact us, and what we do with it. In short: we use it to look at your mold or water problem, and for nothing else.
Details you send through the form
The inspection form asks for your name, a phone number and the property address, plus anything you choose to write about the problem. That is all it collects.
When you phone us
Our phone line records the calling number, the time and the length of each call. Some calls are recorded so we can check what was agreed; a message at the start of the call tells you when that is happening.
What it is used for
Arranging and carrying out your inspection, writing your scope and price, doing the work you approve, and keeping the job file a remediation company is expected to keep, including the readings and photos that support an insurance claim.
Things we will not do with it
We do not sell your details, trade them, or hand them to marketers. We do not add you to a mailing list.
Companies that help us run this
The host of this website, the service that delivers form messages to us and our phone provider handle your details on our behalf. If you ask us to bring in an independent mold assessor or to talk to your insurer, we share what they need for that job.
Server logs
Like any website, ours keeps basic access logs, such as IP address, browser and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting. The site also uses a call-tracking service that shows our phone number and counts which pages lead to calls. We do not sell your information.
Asking us to change or delete it
Call (561) 786-9622 to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it removed, unless we must keep a job record by law. Any update to this policy will be posted here with a new date.
