Mold Remediation
Full removal of mold-damaged drywall, baseboards, cabinets and insulation, with the surrounding structure cleaned and treated.
Mold removal done the right way. We find the moisture feeding it, seal off the area, take the growth out and leave the air in your home clean. A family business, run by a veteran.
One crew handles the whole job, from the first look to the final wipe-down.
Full removal of mold-damaged drywall, baseboards, cabinets and insulation, with the surrounding structure cleaned and treated.
Dark, slimy growth on wet drywall or wood gets full containment and careful bag-out so spores stay out of the rest of the house.
A free visual inspection with moisture readings, so you know how far it has spread and what it will take to fix.
Need lab results or a clearance report? We coordinate air and surface testing with an independent licensed assessor.
Burst supply line, roof leak or AC overflow. We extract the water and dry the structure before mold gets a foothold.
Mold in the air handler, closet or ductwork spreads with every cycle. We clean the system and the space around it.
Usually a slow leak behind the shower valve or vanity, or an exhaust fan that vents into the attic. By the time it shows on the paint, the back of the drywall is often worse.
We open only the affected wall, remove the wet drywall, dry and treat the framing, and point out the plumbing or venting fix so it stays dry.
Supply lines, dishwasher hoses and ice-maker lines drip quietly into the cabinet base and the wall behind it.
Cabinet bases and toe kicks are checked with a moisture meter, damaged sections come out under containment, and the cavity is dried before anything goes back.
A clogged condensate line or sweating ductwork is the most common mold source in South Florida. A musty smell when the AC kicks on is the giveaway.
We clean the air handler closet, coil area and affected duct runs, clear the drain line, and bring in a licensed HVAC contractor we work with when duct board is too far gone to save.
Roof leaks after a storm, poor attic ventilation or a bath fan dumping humid air overhead. Stains on the ceiling are the last thing to appear.
Wet insulation is removed, roof decking and trusses are cleaned and treated, and ceiling drywall is replaced only where it has been compromised.
Drywall that stays wet for more than a couple of days starts growing mold on the paper backing, often before you see a mark on the room side.
We find the wet boundary with moisture meters, make clean flood cuts, dry the cavity and leave it ready for new drywall.
When a unit sits empty for the summer and the AC fails or is set too high, humidity climbs and mold spreads across furniture, closets and walls.
We work within your building rules, protect common areas and elevators, clean contents and surfaces, and bring the humidity back under control.
We map the growth and trace the moisture feeding it, then hand you a written scope and price.
Plastic barriers and negative air pressure keep spores from drifting into clean rooms.
Damaged material is cut out, bagged and carried off. What stays is scrubbed and HEPA vacuumed.
Dehumidifiers bring the structure back to dry, and cleaned surfaces get an antimicrobial treatment.
Final walkthrough with you, plus independent clearance testing whenever you or your insurer want it.
Ranges for the jobs we quote most often in south Palm Beach County. Treat them as a starting point: the size of the affected area, what is behind the wall and how the moisture got there set the real figure, which you get in writing after a free inspection.

South Florida humidity never takes a day off. An AC that quits while you are up north, a slow leak behind a vanity, a roof that took on water in the last storm, and a week later there is growth on the wall.
Boca Raton Mold Remediation works on single-family homes, townhomes and high-rise condos across the city. We show up when we say, explain what we found in plain language, and do not cut out more of your home than the job needs.
We are a family business with a veteran at the helm. Most estimates happen the same day you call, the person who quotes the job walks you through every stage of it, and if you spend part of the year up north we keep you posted with updates while the work goes on. More about us.

It depends on how much area is affected, what the mold is growing on and how hard it is to reach. A patch under 10 square feet is often $500–$1,500; a bathroom wall or one room usually lands between $1,500 and $6,000. The inspection is free, you get a written price before any work begins, and our Boca Raton cost guide lays out the ranges.
Usually, yes. The work area is sealed off and kept under negative pressure, so the rest of the home stays livable. If a job is large enough that we suggest otherwise, we tell you up front.
No, and that is deliberate. Florida law bars a mold assessor from remediating a home they assessed in the previous 12 months, which keeps the person grading the problem independent of the person fixing it. We inspect and estimate for free, and bring in an independent licensed assessor when you want lab testing or a clearance report.
That depends on your policy and on what caused the moisture. Sudden leaks are often treated differently from long-term seepage, and many Florida policies cap mold at a set sublimit. We document the damage with photos and readings to support your claim.
On tile or glass, a small spot can be wiped away. On drywall, wood or carpet the growth runs below the surface, so it comes back unless the material is removed and the moisture is fixed.
A contained area such as one bathroom wall is often finished in a day or two. Larger jobs, or ones that need extended drying, run longer. Your written scope includes the expected timeline.
Mold spreads while it waits. A free inspection tells you exactly what you are dealing with.
